(yea I have heard it all: she is a bitch, she is arrogant blah blah blah, I still like her anyway).
So yea, I saw this movie recently and I thought wow, people ought to see this - no, not because Genevieve is in it!
Featuring the whorish but good looking Majid Michel, the beautiful Omoni Oboli and Nse ikpe Etim (4rm Guilty Pleasures - see post below), this is a great movie, with a simple storyline, nice acting and great chemistry between the casts. Also has some funny ("we call her zuzu, zzzzzzzz, za za lmao") and cute elements to it.
I really think y'all should check it out. Needless to say, some fast forwarding is needed...
(Hey, it's naija movie we are talking about here, don't act surprised!)
lol check it out guys, and comment (after you see the movie) to tell me if you like it :)
Boy oh boy where do I start? An exceptional performance by Ramsey Nouah and Nse Ikpe Etim; also, features Majid Michel, Omoni Oboli and Mercy Johnson ....
I just love this movie (I have seen it like 4 or 5times, and I will see it again and again and again and ... lol).
I don't like giving background storyline but I can't resist giving you all an idea of what the movie is about.
The story mostly revolves around Nse, the idle ex-model wife of Ramsey - an always busy, travel-the-world business executive. Then, Majid comes into the picture as Ramsey's younger brother who just got back from the US and wants to establish his photography business. Well, as you can imagine, the idle, restless, ex-model (thus, beautiful) wife sitting at home with the seductive, and at -that-moment jobless Majid as company (hmmm)...put two and two 2geda and you know what happens lol
This is where am going to stop this narrative; but there is much more to the movie. So I would say, watch it! If not for the story, then for the sinfully enduring kiss shared between Nse and Majid ;)
ok ok maybe for the beautiful performance put forth by Ramsey
(esp. at the final scene, you could feel his pain *tear*).
This is really a good movie, the Ramsey-Nse-Majid storyline is definitely captivating. I didn't really care much for the Mercy Johnson - Omoni story (quite frankly, i found it annoying! so you can fast forward through it).
Really guys watch this movie, you won't regret it :)
PS: not shown in the trailer but the directors probably forgot about the beginning of the movie cos they never did take us (the audience) back to the first scene (I believe Nse and Omoni were at the airport, hmmm wonder if they missed their flights #beatsme#)
Not only do I love this song (best believe am not that much of a Rihanna fan) but the floral maxi dress she rocked in the video took my breath away. I couldn't help but look it up: designed by Mara Hoffman as part of her spring 2010 collection, this Net Back Chiffon Gown is sold out in stores for a whooping price of $1,058 O_O! Too bad I couldn't find any cheaper replica :( maybe when I become rich in future I can get a custom made one, I just love it....here is an image of the dress.
